Orders: Institutional orders
should include any necessary vouchers or special orders and must
include itemized product price, plus shipping and handling. Individual
orders must include prepayment of items, taxes, plus shipping and
handling. All orders shipped and billed in California must include
applicable sales tax. Payment: Payment terms are NET 30 days from the
invoice date. Payment to be made in U.S. currency only.

Return Policy:
Returned items must have a return authorization number. Call (888)
734-9355 for return authorization numbers. You may return items
purchased from Artesian Press to us within 3 months for full credit or
refund if they are in saleable condition. Return Shipping Charges and
insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Non-delivery or damage
claims must be reported to us within 30 days. Electronic devices,
tapes, CD’s & videos are non-refundable unless defective.
Backorders: Subject to 10% Shipping Charges.
