Individual orders must include prepayment of items, taxes, plus shipping and handling. All orders shipped and billed in California must include applicable sales tax. Return Policy: Returned items must have a return authorization number. Call (888) 734-9355 for return authorization numbers. You may return items purchased from Artesian Press to us within 3 months for full credit or refund if they are in saleable condition. Return Shipping Charges and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. Non-delivery or damage claims must be reported to us within 30 days. Electronic devices, tapes, CD’s & videos are non-refundable unless defective.
